At RiskAlert247 we value your security. It is important to us that we have full confidence in the identity of our customers. To ensure this we require you to use one of two trusted digital identity apps.
RiskAlert247 is compatible with 2 identity verification apps; the Post Office Easy ID or Yoti. If on a mobile device, you will be taken to the app download page, where you can proceed to install the app, and upload your identity information.
Creating your digital ID will require you to access to identification documents such as a passport or driving licence and you will be asked for a face scan.
It takes a few minutes to set up your digital ID on either of these apps. Please note that for the purposes of RiskAlert247 you must have your address verified within the app. The easiest way to do this is to use a driving licence to set up your digital ID. Also please ensure you add your email address, and that personal details are fully filled in.
Once you have a verified profile on either app you should be presented with a screen asking you to share with RiskAlert247.com. After this you will be asked for subscription details and finally on completion you will receive an email confirming your subscription.
